So does CAtlFile have a bug, it gives you the idea that a file size > 4GB can be reported, but since the MS developer programmed GetFileSize instead of GetFileSizeEx, the library will report no more than 4GB. A similar error can be there in BITS, but this would mean that MS never tested BITS with sizes above 4 GB.
